Our attorneys represent a wide range of clients addressing transactional and litigation matters across all aspects of international trade.
Our international trade practice covers nearly every facet of the industry including admiralty and maritime matters. We combine years of experience representing multi-national corporations, ship owners, charterers, marine service providers, freight-forwarders and insurers.

OFAC & Trade Sanctions
We work with clients engaged in international trade to help create and implement vetting systems to comply with the U.S. sanction programs. Additionally, our attorneys have experience assisting clients with disclosing violations and/or addressing sanctions if they have already had a violation.
Our attorneys have also provided advice and guidance on economic sanctions programs administered by the U.S. Department of Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control, the Export Administration Regulations administered by the United States Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security.
Transactional
Our attorneys regularly represent clients in contract negotiations for shipping cargo and in resolving transactional issues that result from performance of those contracts.
