Biography
David F. McArthur is an accomplished litigator with years of experience in commercial litigation. Mr. McArthur’s specific interests are in intellectual property, employment law, real estate law and wills and estates. He has 14 years of civil litigation courtroom experience spanning multiple states, representing a varied client base from individuals and families to small businesses and large corporations. Prior to joining MLG, he was the founding partner of his own firm. He also has experience in health care, insurance and bankruptcy law.
Mr. McArthur is a detail-oriented lawyer, who takes time to listen to his clients and tailor his counsel to their specific needs. He particularly enjoys the lawyer-client relationship and appreciates being able to efficiently resolve his client’s legal problems.
Mr. McArthur has a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from George Mason University, and a Master of Art in Security Policy Studies from George Washington University. His Juris Doctorate is from Tulane University Law School.
